Remove Profile / Data Request
If you want a public Twin.today profile removed, or want to request deletion of related account or profile data, contact us by email. For beta, these requests are handled manually.

Who can submit a request
A request may be submitted by:
- the account owner;
- the person named on the public profile; or
- a person authorized to act on behalf of the affected individual.
What to include
To help us process the request, include:
- your name;
- the email address associated with the account, if any;
- the public profile URL, if available;
- whether you are requesting profile removal, data deletion, or both;
- a short explanation of the request;
- any supporting screenshot or context if the request is about impersonation, outdated information, or unauthorized publishing.
Verification
We may need to verify identity or authority before removing a public profile or deleting related data. This is to help prevent unauthorized requests.
Scope of removal
Depending on the request, we may:
- remove or unpublish a public profile page;
- delete profile-related stored data associated with an account;
- retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or record keeping.
Beta note
Twin.today is currently in beta. Removal and deletion requests may be processed manually and may require follow-up questions before completion.
