Twin.today helps users turn resume and profile information into a structured public or private professional profile and provides AI-assisted chat experiences related to that profile.

Some features may be available in preview or beta form and may change over time.

You may use Twin.today only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity that occurs through your account or access link.

You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, edit, save, or publish through Twin.today.

You represent that you have the right to use any resume, text, profile content, or other material you provide.

You should not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or violates another person’s privacy or rights.

If you publish a profile, that content may become publicly accessible through a public URL and may be viewable by others.

You are solely responsible for reviewing published content and deciding what information you make public.

Do not publish confidential, highly sensitive, or private information unless you are comfortable making it public.

Twin.today uses AI to help structure profile information and generate chat responses.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing any generated output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

Twin.today is not a substitute for legal, hiring, career, compliance, or professional advice.

You agree not to use Twin.today to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• upload or publish false, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the reliability, security, or normal operation of the service;
• scrape, abuse, overload, or probe the service in an unreasonable way; or
• use the service to create spam, fraud, impersonation, or other harmful experiences.

Twin.today may be offered in beta or limited-release form. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every user need.

We may limit, suspend, remove, unpublish, or disable access to content or accounts if reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal risk, security concerns, rights violations, or misuse of the service.

We may also honor valid removal requests for public profile content after reasonable verification.

Twin.today and its related branding, software, site design, and service features are owned by Twin.today or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights in the content you provide, subject to the permissions necessary for us to host, process, display, and operate the service.

Twin.today is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin.today and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the service.
